Tai-chi Chuan is a traditional exercise embodying the uniqueness of the Chinese culture. It can help to promote good health, prevent illnesses and curtail senility. People of whatever ages, sexes or physique are all fit for the practice. So Tai-chi Chuan has gained popularity not only in China but also other places all over the world. Even in this age of great scientific advancements, the long-standing Tai-chi Chuan still shines brightly in man's history. As chinese people ourselves, we are proud of being tinted with its grandeur. It is in fact a great art of enormous profundity. Only by persistent practice and long-term studies can we improve our skill thereof. This is evidenced by the classic writings of Tai-chi Chuan Grand masters, and what's more supported by my own analysis of its diversifications, my personal exploration of its dimensions as well as insistent prolonged practices. Thanks to Tai-chi Chuan, I can still maintain good health and high spirit, and at my fifties, I am still able to deal with my routine work without the slightest tinge of exhaustion. These are, I believe, the results of my daily practice. In order to benefit more people, I hereby venture to introduce what I learnt from my late teacher Mr. Lung Chi-cheung, hoping to share the personal experience of mine with a wider public.
